The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Now that another school year has bitten the crust, it’s here. My favourite part of the year. The longest time before I have to make another school lunch. I feel like a meal-ion bucks, knowing I don’t have to stress over sand-wedging a bunch of food into those tiny containers every day. Now that another year’s in the bag, it’s finally time to pack away those containers for a glorious two months. (Just make sure you empty them first.)

Stack of lunch containers holding wraps that look like eyes and smiling mouth. Pupils, waggling eyebrows, and hands have been doodled in. Speech bubbles say, "What did the the mom find when she opened her kid's lunch container in September?" and "A peanut butter and smelly sandwich."
